Marina Smith is an interdisciplinary artist exploring the invisible and hidden traces of human experience and presence. Working across painting, textiles, video, and found objects, she seeks to give form to what often remains unseen. Drawing on memory, embodiment, and everyday observation, her practice examines how the intangible leaves traces in space, objects, and the body. Using personal experience as a starting point, she creates works in which intimate narratives become a means of reflecting on fragility, vulnerability, memory, intimacy, and the search for identity.
